About the Okonomi Yaki Recipe Blog

Who is this Okonomiyaki Obsessed Onee-san?

That’d be me, and the name’s Naomi.

I love Japanese culture, and I believe the best way to experience culture is through food — the whole process, all the way from finding the weird ingredients, making the strange sauces, cooking the interesting unique foods, and (the best part) eating it!

My favorite Japanese food is okonomiyaki, so I started this blog to pull together all the information on the web and all the photos and videos and recipes I’ve collected from Japan and beyond.

So, my Okonomiyaki Recipe Blog is dedicated to helping you assemble all the pieces of the Okonomiyaki Puzzle, so you can enjoy the whole process too!

If you find this website useful, or if you have any suggestions or recipes to share, or you just want to say “boy you must have a lot of time on your hands!” — feel free to leave me a post!

Cheers,

Naomi.
